How do I make sure my sizing is accurate? 

  • The best choice is going to be ordering a sizing kit. That way you can try the actual nails on that you'll be ordering and ensure accurate fit.
  • All nails come marked with size, and you can use that to reference pre made kit sizing OR send via email once you place a made to order or custom set. 

Pricing?

  • All of my sets are priced according to time spent on each set. You'll find my prices range from $70 to $250. I try and accommodate all budgets as best I can.
  • The cheaper the set, the less detailed the nails are. I do not hand paint any lettering on my basic sets, which saves a lot of time. 

Design Choices on Custom and Made to Order Sets?

  • For all custom sets, you get artistic freedom to choose all of your designs or just a few. 
  • This includes the most detailed designs that I do (i.e. my pin up girl and female forms... these ladies are EXPENSIVE). 
  • Made to Order sets are mainly for size accuracy; however, I will try my best to accommodate any design requests you may have (like mixing and matching my previous set designs.
  • For total control over your set, custom sets are suggested. 

Why Custom Handmade Nails Are Worth It? 

  • More Time & Effort: Custom nails take more time to make because I work with you on the design and handcraft each nail. It’s a detailed process.
  • Lower Hourly Rate: Even though custom nails are more expensive, my hourly pay for them is actually lower because they take longer AND the price is set! So you're getting a great deal for the time I put in!
  • Unique & Personal: With custom nails, you're getting a one-of-a-kind design made just for you. It's special and personal, something standard nails can’t offer. I can add names, initials, and create art to symbolize your favorite song.
  • In the end, you’re paying for quality, detail, and something unique just for you!

Returns or Exchanges?

  • Because sizing is your responsibility, there are NO RETURNS offered for any of my products.
  • Exchanges for a few of your nails may be accepted if you have not altered or damaged the nails in any way.
  • No exchanges will be accepted if there is any glue residue or scuffing on the nails.
  • I will accommodate these requests as best I can.
  • You will be responsible for paying for shipping the set back to me and me sending your exchanges to you once complete. Please email bxtchinnails@gmail.com for any exchange requests.
